This 15 minute Pasta and Broccoli dinner is so good and so easy the entire family will love! You will want to make this again and again. All you need is 5 ingredients and one pot!

- 1 lb Pasta (bow tie or elbow)
- 6 cups Broccoli Florets chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil divided
- 4 cloves Garlic mashed
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded or grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once it begins to boil add some salt to season. Boil the pasta and broccoli florets together for about 9-11 minutes or according to the directions on your pasta package.
Reserve one cup of pasta water using a ladle before straining the pasta.
Turn the heat off and strain the pasta and broccoli
Place the pot back on the stove and turn on low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pot. Once the oil is hot add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Place the Pasta and Broccoli back in the pot. Then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Mix together.
Add the pasta water to the pasta to make it creamier.
Add additional seasoning if necessary. Serve and top with more cheese.
