Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

- 2 Cups Cooked Rotisserie Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill
- 2 teaspoons Dried Cranberries
- salt and pepper to taste
- Butter Lettuce leaves
Shred precooked chicken.
Combine Chicken with light mayonnaise, mustard, celery, cranberries and dill and mix together.
Taste test and add salt and pepper if necessary.
Rinse butter lettuce before eating. Add chicken salad to a lettuce leaf and enjoy as a wrap or over bread.
