Cilantro Lime Baked Fish
This Cilantro Lime Baked Fish uses Swai a mild tasting fish or you can use tilapia. I love to flavor it with cilantro, garlic, and lime and add colorful bell peppers.

- 4 Swai Filets or Tilapia
- 3 cloves Garlic mashed
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion sliced
- 2 Bell Peppers yellow, red, or green
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse and pat dry the fish filets.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the fish on top.
Squeeze lime over fish and season both sides with salt and pepper. Rub mashed garlic over filets with a spoon.
Slice onion and bell peppers and chop cilantro leaves. I do not use the stems.
Sprinkle cilantro on top of fish filets.
Place onion and bell peppers on top of fish or you can sit the fish filets on top of the onion and bell peppers.
Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with rice.
