- 1 lb of Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 2 Tbsp of Coconut Amino or Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Onion Diced
- 1 Tsp Garlic Minced
- Butter Lettuce
- Sriracha
- Cashews Crushed for topping optional
Heat olive oil in pan then add onion and garlic. Cook on low for 2-3 min. Then add ground meat and season with salt.
Break up and brown the meat on medium heat. This only takes a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce to the meat. Mix together and heat for another 5 min.
Rinse butter lettuce and use as a base for your meat. Top with cashews and sriracha!
