Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Ground Chicken or Turkey
  • 2 Tbsp of Coconut Amino or Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Onion Diced
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Minced
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Sriracha
  • Cashews Crushed for topping optional

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in pan then add onion and garlic. Cook on low for 2-3 min. Then add ground meat and season with salt.
  • Break up and brown the meat on medium heat. This only takes a few minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce to the meat. Mix together and heat for another 5 min.
  • Rinse butter lettuce and use as a base for your meat. Top with cashews and sriracha!
  • Enjoy!
