Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pounds Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Salsa chunky
  • Tortillas

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry your chicken and place in the crockpot
  • Season the chicken with adobo, cumin, and garlic powder. Then top with salsa
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or cook on low for 6 hours
  • Remove the lid and shred chicken with 2 forks
  • Serve on top of a tortilla and your favorite taco toppings.
