Everything but the Bagel Savory Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk original or vanilla
- 1/4 cup Sliced Mushrooms white or crimini
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
- Olive oil Spray
Instructions
- Combine oats and almond milk in a small pot. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until almond beverage is almost evaporated.
- To clean mushrooms just take a damp paper towel and wipe mushrooms to remove any dirt.
- Roughly chop mushrooms.
- Spray a pan with olive oil spray and put on low – medium heat.
- Once the pan is hot add the mushrooms and saute until brown.
- Once the mushrooms are brown push them to the side of the pan and crack 1 egg in the same pan. You may need to add more oil spray.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes depending on your yolk preference.
- Add oatmeal, mushrooms, and egg to a bowl and top with Everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Enjoy with fruit on the side.
