- 1 teaspoon Garlic or 2 cloves mashed
- 1/3 cup Onion diced
- 1/3 cup Cilantro chopped
- 3-4 Carrots sliced
- 2-3 Celery Stalks sliced
- 1 Large Zucchini sliced
- 1 cup Green beans fresh or frozen
- 1/4 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (Fire Roasted) 14.5 oz
- 1 carton Chicken Broth Or Beef or Vegetable
- 1 can Tomato sauce 8 oz
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 2 cups Water
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper optional
Add the onion, garlic, cilantro, carrots, celery, zucchini, green beans, and cabbage to the crockpot.
Then add the can of undrained diced tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato sauce, water, basil, and oregano. Mix together.
Put the lid on and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours. After the timer goes off add salt to taste.
Add cayenne pepper if you want it spicy. A little goes a long way. Mix and serve!
